This weekend was the European Solar Challenge. This race is one of the major solarcar races in the world with the World Solar Challenge in Australia and the American Solar Challenge in North America.
The iESC is the first 24 hours endurance race ever for solarcars. For the very first time, solarcars can show their full potential with low power consumption and fantastic aerodynamics and challenge electric cars over the full 24 hours. During the Challenge, each team can make a maximum of 2 stops for charging.
