Happy New Year, Ipsun Fam! We’re wishing you a happy, healthy 2022. This year has certainly had its challenges, but as we look back we are also grateful for its many successes and good vibes. As a company, we have grown not just in our output of work, but also in our processes, our relationships, our camaraderie, and our values.
In 2021, we stepped up to three full *amazing* installer crews, a full crew of top-notch electricians, our rapid response service and maintenance team, and an incredible team of permitting, finance, SREC, and interconnection gurus. All of these wonderful people bring a world of expertise, as well as hearts and souls dedicated to great service, quality work, fighting climate change, and making our customers’ lives better every day.
2021 By the Numbers
In 2021, we are proud to have installed a total of 2706.81kW of solar panels. This is almost exactly double what we installed in 2020. And today we are installing our 7500th microinverter for 2021–woohoo! All of this adds up to a lot of solar energy replacing dirty fossil fuel energy. In fact, the customers who joined the Ipsun Fam in 2021 have saved the equivalent fossil fuel to taking 12,287 cars off the road. That’s also equivalent to 6.5 million gallons of gasoline not used. Nice work, fam!
